Create a Menu 

Creating a menu is the first step to meal prep. Get creative and do some research! Check out some paleo and whole 30 blogs. Here is a list of some of the recipes I enjoy!

Create a grocery list 

Create a grocery list based off your recipes. I like to break my grocery list into 5 categories:

1. Protein 

2. Carbs

3. Fat

4. Veggies

5. Spices

6. Other

This will help you make sure you cover each macro nutrient in each of your meals. Remember you are trying to make 3-4 servings per meal to make sure you have enough for your days!

You can store your food in each meal or seperate it based off macros (protein, fat, carbs, and veggies). There is no right or wrong asnwer here. It's whatever works best for you!
