We are bringing back everyone's favorite specialty class, RUN CLUB! We are going to structure it a bit differently this year. We will be having 2 interval workouts (short intervals and long intervals) and 1 stamina workout per week. The type of workouts will rotate weekly. We will be holding a formal, coach-led class Sunday at 9 am going over form/drills followed by a workout. On Tuesday and Thursday we will be be hosting a 5:30pm meeting time for those who want to meet for the other workouts (this will not be coach led).
Running Club will run for 12-weeks (June 4th-August 26th). If the interest is there we will continue it until the weather changes. You must sign up in Wodify for Sunday’s class. If there is no one signed up 2 hours before the class, it will be cancelled that day.
