Saturday Partner Workout


Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

25 minute AMRAP: 2,000 meter row 2,000 meter run (200 meter run shuttle/100 down-100 back) *At the start of every 3 minutes (minutes 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24) both partners perform 25 burpees, split evenly between partners *Only 1 partner works at a time during burpees *Both partners work at the same time during row and run. *Must finish a combined 2,000 meters to make it to the next movement (example partner A may finish 700 meters and partner B 1,300 but the total is 2,000 so they move to the next movement) Score is total rounds + reps (200m is 1 rep)
