Today we are going to build to a 1RM power clean. Try to build up slowly and take a good amout of rest between your heavy sets. If you are going for a PR make sure you only hit #5 over your previous 1RM before you go any higher. Remember, for a power clean to count it needs to be caught above parallel and stood up completely.

Today we are going hit a benchmark workout called "Helen". Push yourself on this one. Try to hit the kettlebell swings in 1 or 2 sets as well as the pull-ups. Make sure you RECORD your time!!!
