Every 2:30 x 6 Sets (15 Minutes) Set 1: 5 reps @ 50% Set 2: 5 reps @ 60% Set 3: 3 reps @ 70% Set 4: 3 reps @ 80% Set 5: 3 reps @ 85% Set 6: 2 reps @ 90%

Metcon (Time)

In Teams of 4: 3 Sets @ Max Effort: 10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65) 10 Burpees, 6" Target 300m Run Each person does three sets. One person does a full round and then the next person goes. This should be about 18 Minutes of work. Score is total time.
