Today we are going to do the workout "RJ". We are going to do this in teams of 2. I want all the runs to be together and you can partition the other reps as you want. If you cannot do the rope climb you will do 2 strict pull-ups + 2 Knees to elbow per rope climb. Have a bit of fun here and try to push your partner. If the 800 meter run is too much scale down to a 600m . Time cap is going to be 40 minutes.
