Strength

Today we are going to be front squatting. We will start off with every 2 minute sets then, once we get to our higher percentages, we will go to every 3 minutes. Today's focuses are going to be breathing, fast out of the bottom, and to make sure your elbows stay up. Every 2 Minutes Set 1: 50% x 5 Set 2: 50% x 5 Set 3: 70% x 3 Every 3 Minutes Set 4: 80% x 3 Set 5: 85% x 2 Set 6: 90% x 1

A: Front Squat

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 4 Minutes x 3 Sets 20 Seconds Max Lateral PVC Jumps, 20/16" 20 Seconds Max Burpee, 6" Target 20 Seconds Max Calorie A/B Score is going to be each rounds for reps.
