Today we are going to power snatch. The focus today is going to be on the first pull. Let make sure we sweep the knees back. This means we will get set in the correct position when we go from below to above the knee. We will go over some drills to help us here. The rep scheme will be the following: Every Minute on the Minute: Minute 1: 50% x 3 Minute 2: 60% x 2 Every 2 Minutes: Minute 3: 70% x 2 Minute 5: 75% x 2 Minute 7 & 9: 80% x 2 x 2
