40 Minute AMRAP 800m Run or Row (athlete's choice) 4 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats If you do not have pull-ups, the scale is ring rows. If you cannot do push-ups without worming them, scale to a box push-up. Row/run count as 8 reps (1 rep per 100m)
