Today's workokut is about moving. Make sure you are taking it easy so you are fully ready for tomorrow. Tonight at 8pm at the gym we are watching the Open workout get annouced so come out and have some fun!

Teams of 3: 100ft KB Zercher Carry 100' Farmer Carry x 3 sets each You go, I go format- P1 does a 100' KB Zercher Carry then P2 then P3, Same with the farmer carry. Score is time but the goal is not to go fast but more control.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 Sets: 2 Minute Row @ 2K Pace Rest 1 Minute 100m Reverse Sled Drag, 180/135 Rest 2 Minutes

Mobility Work

10-15 Minutes: Shoulders, Hips, Ankles.
