We are super excited to announce our new Yoga Program at CrossFit HideOut. We will be offering Yoga two times a week, 8:30am on Sundays and 7:30pm on Wednesdays.
Two of our very own will be coaching you through your yoga journey. Rachel Siedman will be doing Sundays at 8:30am and Kelly Cook will be doing Wednesdays at 7:30pm
We will be offering two options for our yoga classes. Any drop-ins will be $12 per class. If you wish to purchase a punch card you can purchase 10 classes for $100. Drop-ins will need to be cash and punch cards can be through your Wodify account.
