Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds as possible in 22 minutes of the following:

10 burpees

250 meter row

10 burpee box jumps

500 meter row

10 burpee pull-ups (can scale these to burpee c2b or bar muscle up)

750 meter row *Only one partner works at a time during all movement except rowing (performed together)

*Split reps evenly #workoutoftheday
