The Open and Up Next Happenings

Wow! This Open was pretty damn fun if you ask me. I am SO proud of everyone, whether you signed up with CrossFit HQ or not, you all pushed your self out of your comfort zone and that's not an easy thing to do! Looking back at the workouts, you can see where you excel and where you need to put in some extra work. Moving forward, we are going to take around 2-3 weeks to heal ourselves. Open season tends to ramp up our adrenaline and epinephrine and does some tearing up of the body/muscles. We are going to focus on unilateral work, mid-line, and continue hitting our aerobic system. The goal of the next few weeks is to get you all ready to hit the next cycle hard with some excitement (and hopefully a more balanced body).
