Thursday Workout 12/14

Strength Today we are going to be front squatting. We will start off with every 2 minute sets then, once we get to our higher percentages, we will go to every 3 minutes. Today's focuses are going to be breathing, fast out of the bottom, and to make sure your elbows stay up.

Set 1: 50% x 5

Set 2: 50% x 5

Set 3: 70% x 3


Every 3 Minutes

Set 4: 80% x 3

Set 5: 85% x 2
